Mark Harral was born and raised in Fort Stockton, a ranching community in West Texas. As part of a family with deep roots in West Texas, he understood from an early age the value of hard work and education. Mark attended the Texas McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree if Finance. He then earned his Law degree at the Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, TX in 2010.

After graduating from Texas Tech University, Mark worked  to develop a unique public private partnership called Group NIRE. During his tenure as Group NIRE’s CEO, he performed over $50M in sponsored research, filed a patent for technology related to energy management systems, provided $130M in related cost share for federal and state awards. This work included the installation, development, and management of energy storage, solar, energy management, wind energy and controllable load systems.

In 2021, Mark turned his focus to serving his clients as their legal expert in matters both universal and unique to West Texas. He takes time to educate his clients and empowering them with the knowledge and legal resources they need to take control of their situations or disputes.  Mark’s family roots and his executive experience have given him a versatility allowing him to passionately advocate for his clients whether that involves Estate Planning for a small family, or negotiating contracts for Energy and Water Rights for large stakeholders.
